Xmas gifts 2008

I don't know if you remember the ridiculous Christmas tree that my master put up last year. Well, this time my master put the big one up instead--yay!. This year Santa brought me 2 gifts: a stuffed monkey (wow; how many monkeys do I have now? I already lost count!) and a t-shirt.

No se si se acuerdan el ridículo árbol de navidad que mi master puso el año pasado, bueno este año pusieron el que debió ser, el mas grande.
Este año Santa me trajo 2 regalos un mono (ay! Cuantos monos ya tengo? Ya perdí la cuenta) y un polito de verano.

My IPaw

Some of you, my friends, asked me what gifts I received for my birthday. Well, well, I received an ipaw which is a toy that looks just like an ipod; it does not have music but it has a squeaker inside, so that keeps me busy. It’s my new favorite toy.

Alguno de ustedes amigos me preguntaron que recibí de regalo por mi cumpleaños, bueno, bueno recibí un ipaw que es un juguete que se parece a un ipod no tiene música pero tiene un squeaker adentro así que igual me entretengo. Es mi nuevo juguete favorito.

All about me

It would be a lie if I said nothing new is coming but spring is here, which means I’m going to see the cherry blossoms soon. The cherry blossom is the Japanese national flower (am I right Dixie?). Here in Washington DC we have some cherry blossom trees and walking around them makes me happy. I think that they are ready to bloom from April 1-7, so next week I’ll be there.
Also when spring comes that means that I’m ready for my birthday! In about an hour I will be 9 years old! This year it will be on a Saturday, and that means my master will be with me all day, and I will finally get to play with the toys that they have been hiding from me. I can smell them, but they won’t give them to me, even when I cry—but today is my day! I’m ready to party!

Seria una mentira si les digo que no hay nada nuevo pero la primavera esta aquí lo cual quiere decir que iré a ver a los cherry blossom muy pronto. Los cherry blosom es la flor nacional de Japón (estoy en lo cierto Dixie?). Aquí en Washington DC tenemos algunas arboles de cerezo y caminar entre ellos me pone contenta. Creo que estarán listos para florear entre el 1 y 7 de abril, la próxima semana estará ahí.
Con la primavera viene mi cumpleaños y estoy lista para ello! En una hora cumpliré 9 anos! Este año será sábado, lo cual significa que mi master estar con migo todo el día y podré jugar con los juguetes que ellos han escondido. Yo los puedo oler pero ellos no me lo quieren dar, incluso hasta cuando me pongo a llorar—pero hoy día es mi día! Estoy lista para festejar.
